Stanley Land and Homes is proud to have been shortlisted for a third consecutive year for an award that recognises organisations that have made a significant contribution to the region’s housing sector.
We’ve been shortlisted in the SME of the Year category at the coveted Northern Housing Awards, due to take place in Manchester on Thursday May 1.
It’s the same award we won in 2023 and were also shortlisted for again at the 2024 edition of the Northern Housing Awards.
Chris Curtis, director of Stanley, commented: “In the last few years we’ve been able to get more than 900 new homes completed or in planning across the region on behalf of registered housing providers, offering new affordable housing opportunities for over 3,100 people.
“It’s a record we’re very proud of and we’re delighted our contribution has been recognised once again by the Northern Housing Awards judges. We can’t wait to celebrate the collective success of our housing sector with our peers next month and we wish the best of luck to all the nominees.”
The annual Northern Housing Awards, launched in 2018, celebrate innovative affordable housing providers, projects and services that help to create communities in the North of England.
The annual event is attended by around 750 people from registered providers, local authorities, housing contractors, professionals, consultants, and charities.
