We’re interested in sites with or without planning permission. We work alongside our trusted planning consultancy partners and other experienced consultants to ensure we can deliver viable, de-risked sites to our clients.
Whether your site has outline planning permission, full planning permission or no planning permission at this stage, our land acquisition team can assess whether your site is a viable one for housing development.
