Revitalising a former gas works with new affordable homes

The collection of one, two, three and four-bedroom homes will be developed on an 11-acre derelict brown field site off Lancots Lane.

Our team is working on a detailed remediation strategy for the site which lies in a sustainable location close to transport links, amenities and parks.

The proposed scheme addresses a need for more affordable housing in the area, which is currently transitioning from a post-industrial hub to a residential community.

The homes will be fully compliant with the new Building Regulations, ensuring they are well insulated and thermally efficient with low running costs.

A planning application was approved November 2023, with work starting in March 2024.
