We only ever commit to land and schemes that we know we can control and deliver on a timely basis. This is a key factor in our development risk assessment. If we cannot offer certainty, we will not present the scheme to you

We work with a handful of selected contractors, all with an established track record, sound financial underpinnings and long-term accountability to deliver quality outcomes.

Accurate programming
We know how critical financial and programme reporting is to you and regulator, Homes England. We also understand your private financing arrangements and why accurate development programme is crucial. We manage each pre-construction period intensively and ensure that post contract construction programming is realistic, accurate and reliable.
