Working in partnership with Jigsaw Homes Group this scheme has delivered 23 new houses and apartments for affordable rent in this part of Greater Manchester.
Once again, our team rose to the technical challenges of delivering this site with our due diligence process uncovering some unrecorded mine workings which grouted to remove any subsidence risk.
The development, which created an attractive cul-de-sac off Peel Lane, was designed to complement existing homes in the vicinity of the site.
The new properties provide affordable, energy efficient homes in an area of high need in Greater Manchester.
