Sandon Road, Start On Our Housing Scheme

A start on site has now commenced at our Sandon Road scheme in Stafford on behalf of Stafford and Rural Homes. The scheme comprises 23 apartments and family houses for both rent and shared ownership.

The scheme which is situated in a highly sustainable location close to the centre of Stafford has been recognised by Stafford Borough Council as a ‘High quality development’.

Chris Curtis of Stanley Investment stated, ‘we are very pleased to be bringing forward for development this brownfield former car showroom site on a gateway route to Stafford City Centre for our clients at Stafford and Rural Homes. This is a diverse residential area growing in popularity, and these new homes will deliver upon an immediate demand, contributing to the sustainability of the community.

While they have the skills to do the job on the streets, they still rely on the support of Housing providers and local businesses in partnership with them to help them do this valuable work.
